The Semangat Body

A 2-hour movement workshop exploring Semangat as a living force of memory, endurance, resistance, and renewal. Through breath, rhythm, repetition, and sensory movement, participants listen to the body and how it responds to struggle, change, nature, and the world around us.

Moving Freely - An Inclusive Sensory Workshop

Designed for persons with different abilities, including participants with Autism, Down Syndrome and other learning or physical differences, this workshop offers a safe, joyful environment for creative movement exploration
